NO. Once i traded a what account with a guy from my country. Hes within 50 miles from where I live. The account still got disabled. In my case only ip had changed. password and email were the same.

It's happening all the time

well im just indicating possibilities. I have traded 2 what.cd accounts till now.

1st was a new account which is still active on what.cd
2nd a power user account which got disabled. That account was banned after a week. So if he had changed the password after we traded it should have been disabled earlier unless he changed the pass after 1 week.
