Samsung Galaxy M40 picture leaks ahead of the June 11 official reveal
Samsung Galaxy M40 is an unannounced mid-range Android smartphone that's unlikely to be launched in the United States anytime soon. It's true that the Galaxy M series has been specially tailored for emerging markets like India, the Galaxy M40 might make it other countries under a different name and with some small changes to specs.
That being the case, let's dive deeper into some of the info about the upcoming smartphone that recently surfaced online. First off, the folks at 91Mobiles got their hands on a picture showing the Galaxy M40, and from what we're seeing it's a good-looking mid-range device. It features a bezel-less design and a hole in the display instead of the infamous notch.
Also, a triple rear camera is available on the back side, along with a fingerprint sensor, while in the front, there's an impressive 16MP selfie camera. Rumor has it that the Galaxy M40 boasts a large 6.3-inch Infinity-O display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 processor, which is coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal memory.
Amazon India has already confirmed it will launch the Galaxy M40 on June 11. Customers will be able to purchase the mid-range smartphone for about $285 outright, a price that's likely to be higher in other countries.
