New Samsung Galaxy M branding reaffirmed by Bluetooth SIG listing
As part of a major reshuffle, Samsung will soon replace its Galaxy J series with a new entry-level Galaxy M lineup. And while this has yet to be announced by Samsung itself, a new Bluetooth SIG listing (via GalaxyClub) appears to have confirmed the new naming scheme.
After numerous other sightings, the smartphone known as the Samsung SM-M105F has now been spotted alongside the Galaxy M10 branding. Not too much is revealed about the smartphone itself other than its dual-SIM capabilities, but previous leaks have suggested that this will be the company’s next entry-level model.
More precisely, the smartphone’s expected to land with a 5.6-inch LCD display that is combined with an aluminum build. On the inside, Samsung’s octa-core Exynos 7870 is to be expected alongside 3GB of RAM and possibly 32GB of internal storage. Completing the setup should be a 13-megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel selfie sensor, and a 3,000mAh battery.
Availability-wise, the Galaxy M10 is expected to go official in early January alongside the Galaxy M20 and Galaxy M30. Pricing remains unclear, but sales are to be expected by the end of the month.
