I won an invite for a tracker, sent my email to the invite owner, and they responded saying it was sent. But both times, I never received anything in my email. Do you try to access s service in your country which is blocked i.e. Spotify, Disney+ before. You will get get "Sorry, you have been blocked" or "You are unable to access (desired page).

I can tell you that you`re about to accept the same thing in torrents.You need to check that your country location is not listed in tracker banned list. For example RevTT and UTOPIA are not allowed here so I am bringing my VPN tool to reach the landing page, otherwise I can NOT reach these kinds of trackers. Also ISP can block your tracker so you need to contact it for more details.

I can give you an example for ISP block, I heard my friend tell me that ".click family" blocked in Turkey by his ISP for his PC and phone, I tried to convince him to use a VPN tool but he said he can`t reach it with VPN too.
