I'm looking for a pretty old anime: Arrow Emblem - Grand Prix no Taka (アローエンブレム グランプリの鷹) any1 with any info on it ?

I've checked nyaa, they seem to have it but with zero seeds (it was uploaded in 2008 so I'm not so shocked...). Ncore.cc has a few episodes with hungarian voice but that's only 5 episodes as well. anyone can check their trackers if it's available by any chance ? pretty long shot i know...
