I couldn't find the Nightow book, but I can tell you it can't be found on BS, CGP or MAM. So at least you can eliminate those from your list... As far as The Atelier course BS has a Master Class but I don't see anything about inking, CGP has a lot of classes as well but again nothing inking specific.

I wanted to know from members of either Tv-vault, Myspleen, Cartoon Chaos, BTN, MTV, Totally kids or any other cartoon tracker if there is availability of "Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends" cartoon in Webrip or HD format. Ive seen the whole series being uploaded on public trackers with DVDrips or XVid formats along with extras amounting to 17GB.
