If there is a tracker list where it notes "the easiest tracker to join" IPT will be on top.

I even have GA that has IPT, you can apply there

What do you mean full blu-ray? the file is all over the place, is there a specific version you are looking for? can you post the name of the torrent and the size of the file where you say it only have few seeders and its stuck?
