Deluge isn't whitelisted. I also use Deluge but revert to uTorrent for B2S

Dynamic IP is not the problem. The site lets you set your IP range anyway.

Good point, but if he can see the site then I'm sure his hosts file is fine.

No, I was talking about his server not his local system and I assumed he adds the .torrent file manually. Anyway it doesnt seem to be the case since deluge is not whitelisted as you said.
