for games you are looking at bitgamer or blackcatgames for the way people talk on here.....both these trackers are private although BCG has been opening of late for open registration.

you may be getting 403 error for bcg because i think it may be a hidden site from what i can remember it was at the time i had an account there anyway....maybe someone else can fill you in with more details..
