@ntr, getting in touch with someone from the site's staff might prove a bit more difficult than anyone would normally expect, because of the site's current status. This is what's been posted on the site's IRC in the past:

#BitSpyder is: BitSpyder - The Site is on "autopilot", owner has abondoned site and staff has (with good reason) stopped caring. There are NO invites here, and you CAN'T recover your password and/or account.

I hope you find a way to get your issue sorted out.

For resetting your password in BS, the only way is to connect to their IRC channel and let one of their admins know.

Then they'll probably come back to you and let you know that you should check your email.
