    For trackers use Gmail/Yahoo.

I've had no issues signing up to trackers using https://protonmail.com/
Granted this may not be true for ALL trackers; depending on their rules.

Using any email that is likely to cooperate with authorities is not wise. if your going to use yahoo/gmail perhaps use email forwarding to another account.

Protonmail , tutanoda and others are more secure.

Mail.ru/yandex are probably more heavily monitored by the russians than the whitehouses email .

protonmail is a great option. Tutanota is another good choice. Both are free and I have not had any issue with trackers using these two.
