I had an account on TTG but it was disabled due to inactivity since long time ago.

Is there any way to contact stuff to re-enable it as they do not have IRC ?

try this:
open : TTG?? - TTG - Powered by Discuz!
login with ur ttg username and password,

then Open disable complaint and apply:
???? - TTG - Powered by Discuz!

Tried to register new account in forums but during registration the asked to fill in a CAPTCHA that includes Chinese letters ..
