Guys,

I got a TT invite yesterday, I finished with the registration process but didn't get the confirmation email. I can't log in, can't request a password reset and can't delete the registration to retry it as the FAQ says. The invitation expired so it seems like I really used it but the sender told me that I wasn't seen as a registered user at TT. Maybe we should wait for the registration and invitation to reset (since the registration failed to complete without the confirmation they should, right?). Do you have any other suggestion?

Do not send invites to hotmail.com addresses because they usually end up being deleted. Tell the person to add noreply@trancetraffic.com to their hotmail safe list!!

MAKE SURE YOU SPELL THE EMAIL ADDRESS CORRECTLY! INVITES WILL NOT BE RETURNED IF THEY DO NOT MAKE IT TO THE USER!


There seems to be an issue with emails being received from TranceTraffic by certain email providers such as Gmail.

Please make sure to add 'noreply@trancetraffic.com' to your email's safe list.

In Gmail:
Settings > Filters > 'Create a new filter' > "From: noreply@trancetraffic.com" > 'Create filter with this search' > ' Never send it to Spam' > Create Filter.

When sending out invites to people, please ask them to do the same otherwise they may not receive the required emails to confirm their account.

I've bought another invitation and I could complete it after the filter set up in Gmail. I'm a happy TT user since then.
