Is TorrentBytes always open for signups? I'm asking because it's not on the Tracker List. If it closes sometimes, then it should be on the list. Anyone knows?

if i remember correctly @TheTrader once said that there will be no review for it since it's always open so if people want to know about that tracker they can just join and checkout, don't remember if he's the one who said that though, all i remember is i read that comment somewhere.
