I myself have seen chinese trackers only for movies & tv shows, I think chinese tracker admins got a thing for it!

For groups like RELOADED and SKIDROW, they're scene and their work usually gets put up in the public eye. I don't know about P2P gaming groups though. When I hear Russian tracker, I just think of rutracker.org. I haven't a clue about Chinese trackers for games.

Try TTG, they have video section but it's previous a game only tracker.

bestrepack.net it's also an excellent option.
