For all new interviewers, please check the ban list in #what.cd-invites for banned ISPs and countries. These countries and ISPs have a high proportion of bad users, cheaters, invite sellers, and invite traders.

Take precaution in inviting people from countries on this list. Do not invite them unless they are outstanding, or you feel they are good people who can contribute to What.CD. Some might use proxies. They may slip into -invites despite the bans. Check their ISP/country with the Speed Test. Before banning anyone for a "bad" country, check the ban list! I can't stress that enough. Entries are liable to change. People using internet from these banned countries can still join What.CD; however, they cannot use the #what.cd-invites channel to become members.
