As per title description.

This only happens with one particular tracker and properly every 4-5 downloads I get a tracker that gives me an error..the message is:

"Tracker Status: Tracker:[Failure reason \"torrent not registered with this tracker"

Maybe this is just a standard message for ruTorrent?

At some trackers , if you use seedbox , you must registered the IP of the seedbox to one of their staff to work properly

Or the obvious is that the torrent was deleted. This happened to me once and I was floored! I downloaded a 40gb torrent on a site that is difficult to keep ratio and it got deleted 48 hours later, barely uploaded anything.

It should if you're the only one getting that error.

It could mean :

- either the torrent got deleted in the meantime
- site error
- you've grabbed the .torrent early and the site itself did not synchronize with the tracker --this happens quite rarely only to pre-time freaks like me.
- I've also seen some cases where a .torrent client version mismatch caused this but the site returned this error (instead of wrong client)....but that was some time ago

Nonetheless neither of those scenarios mean it's your fault in any way. S**t happens and errors too.

It happens often depending on the trackers, and their torrent upload policy, some places are really strict and after a couple of hours of seeding/snatches, the torrent gets deleted and everyone who has been downloading it will get the : Torrent unregistered with tracker error.

I confirm that it is related to a torrent that has been deleted, no approved or for whatever reason not anymore on the tracker.

This sucks if you downloaded a 40GB torrent and left out like that without the ability to upload, you may ask a moderator and explain what happened
