Nick = use your SC username.
Channel = #sc

Thanks, seems its not the "help" channel. But lets see if someone is able to redirect me.

Did you ask on the irc if they have a help channel and if someone can direct you to it?? Using irc also requires patience because staff aren’t online or active 24/7.

Yeh, they suggested to login, but, I re-iterated that I cannot login.. awaiting response... thnx.

In the same boat. When I try to recover my password it states there is no user with that email address but I have confirmed my activation email matches the email I am entering. Site issue?
