I'm new there and I can't download anything with utorrent version 2.x , I get the error Http error 403 Tracker sending invalid data, I have just one ip I didn't use any vpn, can someone help me, please ?

A similar error message is what I got on BitSpyder too, when I tried to use it on my seedbox, I asked the seedbox hosts owner about it and he tried it out on several dedis, and he said, that it's only happening on the dedi what is shared with me, which means that bitspyder might have somekind of ip ban list and your ip is on their list. So you need to do the following:
1. Make sure you use uTorrent 2.2.1, you can download it from http://utorrent.hu/download/utorrent-2-2-1-2/
2. Restart your router to get a new IP address from your ISP.
3. If the problem still exists, contact the BitSpyder support team
