It's a global ban, not a signup ban. So you'll get banned eventually. The only way is to use a proxy/vpn/vps forever or kiss some staff asses.

Bought a buffered SCC with 3tb for 5$, changed the email and it works great, although the account is pretty old, 2yrs old and isn't used much
