Posty is speaking logical. Especially lastly when a big wave of invites is on the torrent invites sites. They won't check user by user; they will just filter the banned countries IPs and ban them all... Risky as hell, but let's say, if you are an Extreme User, maybe they don't scan those guys

Really man they don't care at all as long as u have good stats there .
If u want to be 100 % , search for a donator account .

i did it like 5 times before
and all accounts still working
just register via proxy or VPN and leave the account 1 week
then login from your IP
you will be able to download and upload
but don't make comments , don't post in the forums and most important don't go to their IRC and you will be safe

This is the most important part .......
u have to stay in the shade , otherwise , donate or get a donor account , and u can do what u want to do , like posting in the forum , comment , asking for help .... anything

in my openion
u can use the trackers as u like but if u want to download u must use proxy in utorrent client because ur ip banned if u made download from it without proxy

and as my friends told u , if u grab one donors and he invited u u can used ur account with ur ip (israel)
