Does SCC allow IP + password+ e-mail change?
I would like to trade for an account, and I worry a bit.

i think it can change email and password right away.

It allows to change password or Email but after may be 10-15 days. If you do this your account will be safe

i traded account 3 month ago.
i changed mail + pass after i received the account plus ip change and still work fine till now.

And what kind of privileges have DONORS?

Do they monitoring IP adresses?

What do they do if I login to a 2nd account from my IP adress but I won't use my 1sd account any more, just the 2nd one. Will they delete both account, or any of them?

No, if you have made the account from another ip there isent a problem, but... They Will automatic link those 2 accounts together as they have used the same ip (remember there could be 2 persons with an accounts in your house)
