I have got aseedbox over at bytesized hosting to try them, but whenether I donwload a torrent, it wont seed at all. Maybe my rTorrent Configuration is wrong, if somebody could help me there, I would really appriciate the help!

Are you downloading new and popular torrents? If you downloaded an older torrent with no leechers, there is no chance to upload anything.

I'm afraid that you need to provide more information on this case.
There are many reasons that you can't download the content of a torrent, sure that you can't seed because the torrent is not complete.
Btw, what do you mean "seed"? Was you able to download 100% the content of the torrent? (I mean the torrent is 100% completed)
Try several torrents from several trackers to see what is happening because some trackers block several seedbox providers' IPs; and several seedbox providers can not connect to several trackers even when those trackers do not block those seedbox providers (it seems that seedbox providers block some tracker's announce URLs). Some seedbox providers block public trackers either. Please provide the returned message when adding that torrent or the returned message from tracker announce or error message of that torrent. (provide the returned message only/the message telling you about the status of that torren) (Use common sense when writing that information down here, don't reveal any information which is private and secret)
I can't see anything from your log to identify what prevents you from downloading torrents.

If you are unable to seed on new torrents with leechers then you should create a support ticket and they will look into it.

I fixed the problem with messaging the Support and they fixed the problem, seems like they misconfigured the ports.
