Over some time, I have been disabled at a few trackers due to inactivity only, but two or three have denied me. I am moving to another country in a few weeks for work. If I make a new account over there, would I be able to use my old accounts on other trackers without trouble?

Such as: I have been disabled at tracker A. I move away. I make a new account for tracker A. I use trackers B, C and D with my old established accounts. Could they ban me if they can tell who I am?

It's confusing but I hope you can understand what I am trying to say.

You might be banned ONLY if they know it's you.If we're talking about trackers from "Gazelle Brotherhood" (DH, What.cd, PTP, BTN, GFT, SCC, MV, SceneHD, ScienceHD, GGn, BCG etc.) you will be banned sooner or later because these trackers exchange info with eachother about blacklisted users.
