Hi, I have a question.
Suppose I have 1 terabyte upload (buffer) in the Filelist tracker.
If I get H&R while downloading a 25GB file, can I clear the H&R error by using a buffer equal to the size of the downloaded file? Like the one in the TL tracker:
By clearing with upload Surplus Credit (The surplus of uploaded data when your ratio is over 1.0 minus any surplus data used to clear torrents from the HnR list.)

And is it allowed to use vpn to download?

Nope. You cant do like this in Filelist. Once you get HnR, you will be warned for a week.

:: 11. General Rules - Hit&Run.
Do not practice hit&run (h&r), downloaded torrents can only be closed if they have ration 1 or the seed time on the torrent is 48 hours. The torrents can be closed after they accumulate at least 3 hours after the end of the download and then return to the seed and for 1 week you will realize the ration 1 or the 48 hours of seed. If you know you won't be able to hold this minimum time before returning, don't bother taking it anymore. You will download it later when you know that you will keep your PC longer open.
Violation of this rule leads to warning for 1 week().
Breaking this rule on a freeleech torrent leads to warning for 2 weeks().
Violating this rule repeatedly may result in the deactivation of the account().
VIP class() is excluded from the hit&run rules!
