bec. i got invite after register i access the homepage after a while i became disabled mate

your who invited must submit your account . i think he/she forgotten.

but don't worry . i think ptn is shit tracker. i don't like it .

But if you got banned just after accessing the homepage, it's likely it's banned. Or they caught you trading/selling/receiving invites from a forum.

Ask them in their IRC: irc://irc.tik-t0k.net/ptn.support

Egypt isnt banned on here the thing is simple they assume that you invited people that you dont know aka trade, sell etc and that's why you get disabled.
Some staff is from my country and this is the answer to you're question ..

Yup, it isn't, I just went to their IRC and they said it was fine to register.
