For some reason today i logged in to my account in ptn and was disabled Reason :security
try to recover it but i got no email,any suggestions how i can take back my account?

Your account was probably hacked and the account was banned after ip change. You should go to the irc channel. Don't go if you got this account from a trade. You won't get it back.
