Hi, I have setup Two-Factor Authentication Codes and my phone needed a hard reset. I lost the app with the codes. How can I recover/ reset the security of my account on m-team.cc.

Can someone provide me some solutions? A way to contact them regarding this issue?

Google authenticator?

Yes if it uses google Authenticator just reinstall the app and login with the account you linked the 2FA
Else go to the support channel/group and request a reset for your accesses

When Google authenticator is Uninstalled, all data associated with the app is disabled.
Google authenticator Codes are not transferable from Device to Device.
In such cases, Google authenticator should be reactivated.
Open the link.

Go to 2- Step Verification
Turn on 2 -Step Verification
Select " Text message or voice call " and follow the on-screen instructions.
After 2- Step Verification is activated you will get the option for adding Google Authenticator app.
