    It is strange to see Rutracker as a main General public tracker.
    I am using it pretty often, because it is really good and I know Russian. But is there any reason for Western people to use it if they don't know Russian?

    Yeah, can't argue with this. Those collections are huge and well organized.
    But for software/games it is not so straightforward. I remember some games on it with Russian translation integrated in it or with only Russian translation patch and no English (for Japanese games).
