Pornbay is open for sign up or not now?

All info I googled out, like some reddit post and this TI post replied 4 months ago, said Pornbay is open for sign up
and there's also no thread about closing event in BitTorrent News section.

However, http://blankrefer.com/?https://pornbay.org/register.php page says registration is currently closed.

Am I miss something, like there's other sign up entrance, or it indeed closed silently? Is this tracker invite only now? like no application? Thanks.

Pornbay was always open for signup in the past. They only recently changed it to a closed community. You’d need an invite and I’m not sure how their invite system works.
