is this tracker banning some countries from invites signing up or even accessing tracker URL?

I don't think so.

It is now open for free sign up and still the same URL is not working with my home IP,does anyone else have the same problem?

@Blitz you are right
Works fine for my home ip but fails when using Singapore proxy
So they have blocked some isp's.

I think what they have banned is some ip addresses of proxies to prevent dupe accounts and they banned whole isp's related to that ip addresses
So there must be a proxy service related to your isp. and they have banned your isp

i have tries uk,usa,netherlands,singapore proxy. None of them works

Only works on my home connection

They're banning for any using any kind of VPN/proxy with their tracker. Ridiculous.
