I can't upload to private trackers...everytime i upload a torrent and try to seed, I get "connection timed out" please help this only happens when i want to seed torrents I've uploaded to tracker...."

ok where do i get the annouce URL??? it doesnt say in the upload page

if doesn't say usually copy the content from the adress bar but make sure that you read rules that explain how to upload to the tracker you want because you also can receive a warn

it says this torrent isnt tested by a moderator

Dud read the tutorial from the tracker u want to uplad the torrent. Maybe one firewall is the problem or u have to open ports.

You'll get the announce url from the tracker itself. Remember many trackers do not allow uploading to any user so verify that you are allowed to upload before uploading.

Usually, trackers which allow any user to upload have an 'Upload' link clearly visible, click on that, that's usually where you'll find the announce url.
