Hi members I need your help that If I buy what.cd and hdsource.biz account with E-mail. My Question is this that Is this will work on IP change or not. I need your help.

WHAT.CD (If you are from a different country than who gave you the account) you will got a ban. This is SURE BAN. You could be remain active some days, maybe one week too, but you will be disabled. 1000 % sure.No way.

With HDSOURCE you are safe.

why? I thought if he bought an invite he would be safe, I think only IRC invites are banned from is country not an signing up itself

you can get it from any recruitment, from invite forums at trackers them self, you can find recruitment in PTP [u have to be PU] , BTN [u have to be PU] , AHD [u have to be HDpro] ......etc
