I have been in lots of torrent sites already, but I never got so big issue with making a nice ratio like on TBZ sites. I have downloaded the fresh, latest torrent, to my seedbox, which had 3 seeder + 2 leecher and even after a few days my ratio on that torrent is still around 0.5. I did the same thing on another TBZ site with a fresh new torrent having 1 seeder + 0 leecher and I have 0.0 ratio on it. The contents of these TBZ trackers are pretty exclusive, so I don't really know, where can I find any content, what I can upload to them, and there are just a very low amount freeleech torrents there, which are 3 or more years old and already have over hundred seeder, so I have kinda no idea about what should I do about long term ratio building strategy there. Maybe I should use an SSD based seedbox to get a better ratio there or what?

Seed all the freeleech torrents and grab new popular uploads early. You will upload more gbs in the first few hours. Seed everything for a long time. Getting a seedbox will make it much easier. Another thing is to be sure you are connectable. If you are not connectable you won't be able to connect to the other peers and you won't upload anything. Check canyouseeme.org.
