Is there any problem with IPT server recently? Now-a-days, IPT is not opening for me quite frequently.
I am not able to understand whether the problem is with my connection or IPT is doing some maintenance job.

No problems for me, works as usual.

change your dns to something else, like opendns for example.
They also have lots of alternative domains you can use to access the site.

It's working for me and never had an issue
Can be a problem depending on ISP.
Had to use a VPN the last few years to access regardless of url used.
