1. How long does it take to start seeding after downloading the material? When do I have to start the seed at the latest to avoid punishment?

2. What is the maximum length of time I have to complete the 336 hour seed or 1: 1 ratio without penalty?

3. Is Zapping any torrent from my required seeding list avalable only for donators or use it by my seed bonus point without donation?

Only I have found this rules:
ANY torrent not seeded 1:1 or 336 hours will be seen as a h&R by the system and will need to be reseeded.
