I have an account and only one is allowed per ip so I failed to get in after getting another invite.
Recovering my password works as normal up and until the point that I don't get an email.
If someone could help me that would be great. I could send an email from my account one requesting another email as an option maybe and have the reset sent there if that is a possibility I would love to give it a try.

It seems they have a problem with the mail system.
Just wait until they fix it.

So is it actively being worked on? Should I just try weekly until it works?

don't know for how long it will not work. You can try talk to them on Discord.

I never knew of a Discord for them how do I join their server?

EDIT found the discord and messaged a support request. Thank you for letting me know it exist.

If anyone is wondering the support tab of the Discord will help you if you find yourself in this position. I am getting my problem resolved currently and it is true they are rather aware of the problem.
