Rutracker is russian, google chrome is international, what's wrong with the auto translation feature? Just use it.It fits for every language.

two other good tracker are: What.cd and Waffles.fm

When I need classical, I use RuTracker. It didn't disappoint me yet.
With Google Translate it's a simple to use tracker.
