hey, i am not sure - but doesn't DVDfab removes it automatically? i never burned a Bluray, but for virtual drive it shouldn't matter if there is region code.
Do you want to remove a region code from the original retail bluray disc? I am not really sure what you mean ...
DVDfab doesn't have that much features or endless menus, so it should be relative easy to find what you are looking for.
Or search on google for remove region code bluray dvdfab.
or look here:

looks like no matter which region you select, you will get a region free copy, but i am not sure if that's what you are looking for.
hech54 comment says it is higly recommended to use the region code mentioned on the box - but also guesses it doesn't really matter.

@QCN93
maybe you could tell something more about what you exactly want to do or what you want to get and for what playback system.
Might be easier to help then.

Thanks @Axort I'm looking to make bluray (BD50) free or multiregion, ISO or BDMV folders what I want to do region free, not the player where the disc is put, that the disc itself is free to be read by any player in any place
Thank you for helping!

@QCN93 ok - i hope the mentioned threads will tell you what you want/wanted to know - as far as i read them - there are some players that can't play region free Blurays.
So it might be impossible to say that a BD can be read by ALL players, but it can be read by most or nearly all.
