Suppose the staff of tracker X saw me giveaway invite of X here, he successfully met my requirements (proof of ratio and speedtest), and then I sent the invite to his email. In this way, can he target my account on tracker X, thus ban me?
Does this risk exist? how to giveaway most safely?

Yes, this risk exists. You just have to trust people and ask them a few questions to know them better.

If you think that a users is suspicious then ask staff to check him/her. This way they can get a full screen proof including userclass and other type of things.

also, use different email for different trackers, this way if you get banned on one you will still have access on the others. If you don't do this they will cross ban you on mutilple trackers

Yes, the risk exists. Give invites to great TI users.

decade1888: they ban for cookies/IP. If you use another email you still can get banned.

Yeah, I forgot that. you should use different browser. You can also use a dedicated VPN
