Help building RSS Filter settings

Hello guys,

I have invested in a seeboxe (seedboxes.cc) because you have convince me that is the only way to have a good ratio on good trackers (Apollo, HDBits etc.).

I have read how to setup an RSS Filter but can you help with the "Filter settings" in RSS Manager to grab the popular things, for example by sharing filters you use ? :embarassed:

I'm totally scared to download bad things and destroy my ratio so I don't download anything for the moment and it's a shame to not take advantage of these good trackers...

I have trying a filter based on "The Walking Dead" for example but this is not the best way to do I know ( a filter based on only one TV Show), it was just a test.

Sorry this doesn't help with your question, but if you have a seedbox why are you using RSS? I think you would find better info/tuts and a ease of use to use autodl??
I have never found a good tut on RSS filters and i have asked questions here also with out answers.

Thank you for your answer mate.
I use RSS because autodl is not implemented on HDBits I believe, only RSS (correct me if I’m wrong).
On Apollo I have not successed to implement autodl tools, it not grab any song for example.

I was experimenting with rss features the otherday, purely because I stumbled upon a nice API ("Jackett") to use along side my seedbox I created. I do not have any filters for you to utilise at the moment although there are a lot of resources for you to read I guess the best thing would be to become very familiar with regex commands to make them suit your needs. If I experiment more with rss and filters i'll let you know of any tips and tricks I come across.

As @W3bhunt3r mentioned you should really look into autodl-irssi. It has more flexibility and capabilities.
RSS is limited and needs regex to setup its filters.
Most important though is autodl is downloading instantly since it's monitoring the trackers IRC announce channel and their is its advantage since RSS has a 1 minute minimum reload time
