Hello! Does anyone know what's going on with the tracker? He has not charged me for a few days. I tried at https://hdchina.org/login.php but at Security Image: nothing is visible.

They have changed their domain since sometime ago .
try this one , it will work

actually that's the old one, new one is hdchina.org and both domains are working fine for me.

they changed it to .club , then they mentioned that .org is working .. but seems like having some troubles with some users.

dude it's the opposite, they're changing from .club to .org, here's the announcement from HDChina

We're migrating our site to https://hdchina.org , please change your tracker URL from "tracker.hdchina.club" to "tracker.hdchina.org" ASAP. It will takes up to 24 hrs to refresh DNS.
HDChina.Club will continue working until further notice.
