does your seedbox has dedicated IP because it is now rule in HDChina to use seedbox

as i said if you have shared seedbox the download will not start and may get your account disabled

So what is the solution please ?

try your profile inside the form, look it up, if can't find it, login in ssh into Feral Hosting, type command

curl ifconfig.co

it will give you a ip address, usuallly it is ipv6
