i had account there but they block my account how i can return him back ?

I don't want to start a new thread since all info needed is in this one. I have for unfortunate reasons (inactivity) been disabled but I can't connect to the irc server at all. Do you know if it's still active? I've tried to connect both via webirc and clients on Mac and pc but no luck.
