Uh are they down or just ddos? cause i just get a infinite loading when trying to access, no error or anything... hate to see it leave.

I haven't seen any signs of life in weeks. Even when it was back up, there was very little activity. I think it's safe to say it's gone at this point...

I stumbled across this, and I just could not help myself from replying.

Some of you (old skoolers mainly) will indeed know this name, If you do not, then let me introduce myself (something I haven't done in years)

I am Mark aka celtic / Silenced. I was on FTN and FSC's staff for a long long time. I was staff on FTN back when kimi, Zephyr methi and co were still there, back when we used to have fun manually uploading with towelie and co...

The reason I have posted is that I have came across stories about FTN being down and I just laughed, I walked away from that place many many years ago due to the fact it was

1) Out of touch
2) Staff were clueless
3) They forgot their values and what an 0day tracker was.

The obsession with "packs" - and stupid competitions and general Idiocracy cannot be comprehended...

Their downfall was there own. Other trackers like FSC kept their values, true to the community.

Am I glad they have folded? Honestly no, I do smile a little knowing that they have succumbed due to their own stupidity though. FTN when it first came around was a superb place to be. The IRC channel was blazing the tracker was flying... But then you let idiots interfere.

I always liked Brandon, always have done... Anyone who knew us, knew we had our share of ups n downs... but we always stuck by each other. We done other things outside of FTN also. Ahh the memories, I'll not bore you people any longer... Just thought I'd post more for old time's sake as I have been out of this game a long long long time..
