You could try to connect to channel #empornium also, to see if there's more info there.

It seems IRC services are down for now, so you need to wait for a while.

Yeah, i've had the exact same problem for almost a year. No one ever replies to you on the empornium site so I guess we both just (sadly) have to give up on that one.

Possible account got violated in some way or another.

Recently not even 3 months back they updated their account policy.

I still suggest you keep trying to contact their IRC, GL!

my account on emp got disabled due to inactivity I went to their irc and reactived my account couple years ago
I recommend to you to contact the staff via their irc. if you filled the secondary email on your emp profile you can reactive your account using that email
