I say that the application takes between 0 and 3 days to respond if you are accepted or not

if they reject you is because you did not respond well enough to their requirements, you can try the next time

Some trackers have policy that you can't make another application for certain time and since i'm not a member of this tracker i don't know. But that was his main question, just hard to understand.

You'll likely have to wait until next signup application event if you get rejected this time. If you knew how to make a new legitimate application like some others might do, you would have not asked this question.
