What class or what needs be be archived to get rewarded invites?

On CHD:

Extreme User Can update outdated IMDb information.The first upgrade to "Extreme User" class presented an invitation.
Ultimate User The first upgrade to "UltimateUser" class presented two invitations.
Nexus Master The first upgrade to "NexusMaster" class presented three invitations.

Extreme User - Must have been be a member for at least 25 weeks, have downloaded at least 1.2TB and have a ratio at or above 4.5. The promotion is automatic when these conditions are met.
Note that you will be automatically demoted from this status if your ratio drops below 4.4 at any time.
Ultimate User - Must have been be a member for at least 30 weeks, have downloaded at least 2TB and have a ratio at or above 5.0. The promotion is automatic when these conditions are met.
Note that you will be automatically demoted from this status if your ratio drops below 4.9 at any time.
Nexus Master - Must have been be a member for at least 30 weeks, have downloaded at least 3.5TB and have a ratio at or above 5.5. The promotion is automatic when these conditions are met.

Yes you cant send them now.

ON HDWing you have to achieve 10 TB upload in order to be able to send invites, that can be buyed with bonus points of course.
