    Use a good vpn, ore do this with your modem over one day you you disconect the power cable of you modem,do this 10 times over the day
    Your provider see that and thinks your modem is defect,you make a call and say that you have some problem they look and they say mmm yes your modem has a defect
    They send you a new modem and you ip is change too

    For most cable and dsl isp's, changing the mac address of your router (usually located under 'clone mac address'), will trigger a dhcp refresh and assign you a new wan ip.
