I don't think the client is the problem. They just blocked all bittorrent traffic (check http://www.bittorrenttest.com/). You could try a VPN or a seedbox. Or use other means of downloading (FTP, DDL, usenet).

Figure this out, if someone was clever enough to block any p2p download app, wouldn't they be able to see your traffic and surfing all day?
Why would you need torrents downloaded at work anyway?

Further the best solution i find is Zbigz.
Search what it is and I'm sure it will work for you,
Alternative: the best alternative to p2p is usenet,
See if usenet works for you.
